1. Final Sale Policy

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer, it is considered a Final Sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once they have been received.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 5 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the shipping process has begun, the sale is final.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns for "change of mind," we care about your experience. If your product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping mishap, please contact us at poshakhaenquiry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the damage/defect
