1. How Our Shipping Works
Poshakha partners with global and local suppliers to fulfill your orders. This means that while you purchase the product through our store, the fulfillment, packaging, and shipping are handled directly by our third-party dropshipping partners.
As a result, your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the item and the supplier's warehouse. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.
3. Shipping Estimates
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times can vary based on your location and the origin of the product.

Estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal strikes, or high-volume seasons.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Poshakha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at poshakhaenquiry@gmail.com. Since we work with dropshipping partners, we will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement for you.
